If mindfulness can transform our view of reality, but not always the answers to face the demands have a negative character, since many times they are necessary to face difficult situations or circumstances that represent survival. Stress is not necessarily bad, but well addressed and in the right degree can be a motivating agent, well-managed leads to transforming the energy generated by nervousness and uncertainty into a motivating force. Every person requires moderate levels of stress to respond satisfactorily not only to their own needs or expectations but also to the demands of the environment. Very low levels of stress are related to demotivation, conformism, and disinterest. Well dosed its energy can boost the opening of new perspectives and open the exploration of different paths.

Therefore, the distinction between eustress or positive stress (optimal level of activation to perform the necessary activities in our daily life) that exerts a function of protection of the organism and distress or negative stress (level of activation of the excessive or inadequate organism can be made to the demand of the situation) that causes dysfunctions in the person.

The work stress is an increasingly common phenomenon that is increasing in our society, mainly because the demands of everyday life, competitiveness, technology and other factors require us to increasingly psychologically and emotionally. This acceleration affects the physical and psychological well-being and can deteriorate the family, work and internal well-being.

We call stress or general syndrome of adaptation to a set of emotional, cognitive, physiological and worker behavior reactions that arise as an automatic response to the perception of demands or work demands that in principle exceed the capacity of the individual to be able to respond to them

The approaches on this subject are multiple. There are a physiological-medical approach, a social perspective, and an energetic/holistic view. All these contribute elements to manage stress.

From a Holistic perspective we can say that stress is the inability to maintain our focus in present situations because our psyche somehow assumes that it does not have the mechanisms to overcome the perception of reality that we have, taking us back in time to the past or to the future with the hope of solving the difficulty with thought. In short, the world you see is a projection of what you think that world is and this is the beginning of the perception of stress.

From this holistic approach, we can consider that the internal balance depends on the way of managing stress. Changing the way of living reality changes our view of life. Stress can be taken as an energy that forces us to do an inner development that brings us that balance through self-knowledge.

Internal balance is a capacity that can be trained. This ability to remain focused on the difficulty is key when managing and going through personal and work difficulties in a concrete and effective way. We can adjust this balance in principle by changing the perception of our reality.

We are always trying to realize our personal truth, and we stress when it does not match the reality that we live. The brain never sees what it really is, since it is permanently affected by our beliefs and mandates. It is the belief system that leads us to see a difficult and conflicting reality that does not adapt to what we would like to create stress in our daily lives. To transform our perception of reality, there are several techniques. Among them, we can mention PSYCH K and MINDFULNESS

Psych K Technique MINDFULNESS

The goal is to reprogram the belief system, which is responsible for altering our perceptions of reality. This technique first leads us to understand how the subconscious interprets reality. Then we see the limiting beliefs that have been installed in him as a system of personal protection.

In a third phase we can see how those protective beliefs end up functioning as an impediment to our personal development, and finally, we reprogram those beliefs in a way that allows us to overcome stress and advance those challenges that life brings us organically and naturally. In this way, through a protocol, we create and install new beliefs that will allow us to see the world more positively and advance with strength and conviction in the creation of our reality.

We will learn to receive the experience of the present moment with a precise and pragmatic awareness. To be able to develop the ability to deliberately focus attention in the present moment without judging and without comparing. The Mindfulness technique leads to intentionally centering the mind in the now with the aim of observing one’s experience with acceptance, clarity and without prejudice or resistance, allowing to reduce the impact of the stimuli. The impartial acceptance of the positive and negative aspects of reality leads one to leave personal projections to accept “what it really is”.

In both methodologies we work in:

Discernment, situations: The problem is not the difficulty but the resistance to seeing reality when it does not match our expectations. Becoming aware of the distance between the reality of a situation and the mental model we have built is key. The possibilities of resolution do not always coincide with our mental or expectative models, but rather the opposite. Resolving becomes possible when our discernment allows us to adapt our models to the concrete with a positive attitude independent of the degree of difficulty.

Dominion, emotions: Overcoming the tendencies of our beliefs in relation to what should be a particular work situation allows us to leave the past to balance our emotionality in a non-reactive way, dominating and adding their energy to the resolution of any problem over interference of beliefs and mandates. To believe positively is to create positively, One makes true what one believes in.

Focus, thoughts: Every circumstance has its own potential that allows it to evolve and develop. Many times the solutions to which we aspire are not possible in an expected way. When we can focus this situation potential over the polarity of our preference or inclination, there is the potential benefit that every situation has. What I focus is amplified, focusing the favorable with awareness of the whole increases the possibilities of resolution.

Confidence, Decisions: Daily work constantly triggers reactions that can be acted on or not. To be able to give conscious responses aligned to the resolution of a problem and not to reaffirm personal insecurities can only be done by developing confidence in our strengths and not rejecting our weaknesses. Developing the confidence to begin to respond from the strengths and take our weaknesses to mature and evolve them is the key the key to making constructive decisions

Sense, situations The work scenarios do not have a meaning by itself but take the meaning we give them. When adverse circumstances are taken and as a challenge for personal development and professional growth, the opportunity to understand the meaning opens up, which will bring us into alignment. If I change the way I experience circumstances, circumstances change shape. If I want to do better I must be better, the meaning is born of being and not of doing

Discernment, Domain, Focus, Consciousness, Sense are the essential aspects of the people we consider in our programs that aim to: Improve work environment, optimize conscious decision making, resolve personal and interpersonal conflicts, harmonize teamwork, etc.
