Psych K Technique
The goal is to reprogram the belief system, which is responsible for altering our perceptions of reality. This technique first leads us to understand how the subconscious interprets reality. Then we see the limiting beliefs that have been installed in him as a system of personal protection.
In a third phase we can see how those protective beliefs end up functioning as an impediment to our personal development, and finally, we reprogram those beliefs in a way that allows us to overcome stress and advance those challenges that life brings us organically and naturally. In this way, through a protocol, we create and install new beliefs that will allow us to see the world more positively and advance with strength and conviction in the creation of our reality.
We will learn to receive the experience of the present moment with a precise and pragmatic awareness. To be able to develop the ability to deliberately focus attention in the present moment without judging and without comparing. The Mindfulness technique leads to intentionally centering the mind in the now with the aim of observing one’s experience with acceptance, clarity and without prejudice or resistance, allowing to reduce the impact of the stimuli. Discernment, situations: The problem is not the difficulty but the resistance to seeing reality when it does not match our expectations. Becoming aware of the distance between the reality of a situation and the mental model we have built is key. The possibilities of resolution do not always coincide with our mental or expectative models, but rather the opposite. Resolving becomes possible when our discernment allows us to adapt our models to the concrete with a positive attitude independent of the degree of difficulty.
Dominion, emotions: Overcoming the tendencies of our beliefs in relation to what should be a particular work situation allows us to leave the past to balance our emotionality in a non-reactive way, dominating and adding their energy to the resolution of any problem over interference of beliefs and mandates. To believe positively is to create positively, One makes true what one believes in.
Focus, thoughts: Every circumstance has its own potential that allows it to evolve and develop. Many times the solutions to which we aspire are not possible in an expected way. When we can focus this situation potential over the polarity of our preference or inclination, there is the potential benefit that every situation has. Confidence, Decisions: Daily work constantly triggers reactions that can be acted on or not. To be able to give conscious responses aligned to the resolution of a problem and not to reaffirm personal insecurities can only be done by developing confidence in our strengths and not rejecting our weaknesses. Developing the confidence to begin to respond from the strengths and take our weaknesses to mature and evolve them is the key the key to making constructive decisions
Sense, situations The work scenarios do not have a meaning by itself but take the meaning we give them. When adverse circumstances are taken and as a challenge for personal development and professional growth, the opportunity to understand the meaning opens up, which will bring us into alignment.
